Mike Lee, owner of Lone Star Construction a Division of Mallworks Contracting specializing in tenant finish out in mall and retail centers as well as office and warehouse locations throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and surrounding states since 1992. We use our in-house mechanics to complete all phases of work from demo, drywall, acoustical, tape/float/paint, wall covering to setting of owner supplied fixtures.  With our in-house employees, we can more effectively control the job and be more cost effective since we are not relying on outside subcontractors that may be less dependable.
